Hello all,
Recently I started to follow this list. From a few messages I
understand that Lightwave 4.0 runs better on Win-NT than on
WfW3.11/Win95. I have no experience with NT whatsoever.
Because we also do a lot of DTP work on the same machine (P90), currently
under WfW3.11, I am wondering:
-How much faster will NT be?
-How much RAM do I need compared to WfW? (currently 32Mb)
-Very important: can I still use Adobe Type Manager for my fonts???
If the answer to the last question is "NO", then what? :-) Win95? Any
suggestions for a good setup?
I can not use one machine _only_ for Lightwave......
